Bespoke websites and software, built to last

Tejobit builds websites, back offices, automation and integrations for businesses, with scope and price agreed in writing and visible progress every week.

Abstract render: a wave of blue glass, like a river, breaking up into small cubes, like pixels.

Process

How a project runs

Four steps, the same for a website or a bespoke system. No surprises on price and no big reveal at the end.

  1. Step 01

    A short conversation

About the business, the problem and what done looks like. If Tejobit is not the right fit, you will hear so, and where possible who would be.

  2. Step 02

    A fixed-scope proposal

In writing: what gets built, what is left out, the price and the dates. Larger projects are split into phases, and you can stop at the end of any of them.

  3. Step 03

    Weekly demos

A private preview link from the first week and real progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and follow-up

Deployment, domains, analytics and a handover you can actually use. After that, monthly maintenance or support when needed.

Technology

Chosen for the problem, not the trend

The right tool depends on what the project needs and on who will use and maintain it afterwards. These are the technologies Tejobit works with day to day.

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Laravel
  • PHP
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • Redis
  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • EmDash
  • Docker
  • Cloudflare
  • AWS
  • GitHub Actions
  • Chatwoot
  • MCP
  • Fast by default

Lightweight pages served from the Cloudflare network wherever possible, so they open quickly on any connection.

  • Only the parts that are needed

Fewer dependencies mean less maintenance, lower costs and fewer places where something can break.

  • AI with oversight

Used where it saves time, with rules, cost limits and a person approving what matters.

  • No lock-in

Domains and accounts in the business's name, and the code ownership terms written into the proposal.

Why Tejobit

Simple to work with, from start to finish

  • Talk to the person who builds it

No middlemen or account manager: questions go straight to whoever designs and writes the software.

  • Fixed price before work starts

Changes along the way are quoted before they are made, so the price only changes when the client decides.

  • Progress you can see

Weekly demos from the first week, so feedback comes in while change is still cheap.

  • Whoever builds it, supports it

After launch, maintenance and support stay with someone who knows the project inside out.

  • In English or Portuguese

Remote work, with meetings and demos over video call, for clients in Portugal and abroad.

  • Honest about scope

If off-the-shelf software solves the problem better than a bespoke build, that is the recommendation.
